Nutrition and fitness activities in Healthy Habits for Healthy Kids help students learn to make healthy food choices appreciate the importance of daily exercise and develop healthy habits they will maintain throughout their lives. The workbook is geared for students in kindergarten and correlates to National Health Education Standards and Common Core State Standards. It encourages them to journal about nutrition fitness and health to reinforce what they have learned. The included CD contains an electronic version of the 96-page book.
