Carbonless money receipts are protected by a hardbound cover. Preprinted prompts offer reminders to get all the details on your receipt including date dollar amount recipient account information and payment methods. Each 11" x 8" page of the book contains four forms per page. Each form measures 2-3/4" x 6-7/8". Paper sequence is originals in safety litho white and duplicates in canary with black ink. Each two-part form is consecutively numbered in red.
